The press machine mechanism was upgraded. The body was converted from a cast double cylinder to separate cylinders with individual mounting on a common plate. The piston and rod seals are made of a special polymer material that can withstand high operating temperatures.
As a result of the modernization, it was possible to:
– increase the maintainability of the product;
– – reduce labor costs for the assembly/disassembly of the cylinders of the press machines;
– reduce the working pressure to 0.45 bar;
– improve the speed and accuracy of the work.
Cartridges installed on the press machine mechanism have a common body design, which ensures quick replacement depending on the product range.
